Teacher Management
Add staff, assign subjects, manage timetable
1 · Open Teachers menu
From the admin sidebar, click Teachers → All Teachers. You'll see the current staff list with photos.
2 · Click + Add Teacher
Fill the form: full name, photo (auto-resized for ID card), DOB, qualification, joining date, subjects taught, mobile, email.
3 · Assign classes & subjects
In the Classes Assigned section, pick which class + section + subject this teacher handles. One teacher can handle multiple class-subject pairs.
4 · Set login access
Tick 'Create login account' so the teacher can log in to their own dashboard. A welcome email with login + temporary password is sent automatically.
5 · Save & teacher can start
Click Save. The teacher now appears in attendance lists, can grade exams for their subjects, and access Materials menu.
